I had a decent time at 37 Main overall!! The show was fun, the staff was nice enough, and the vibe was good... but the cover charge situation was a little confusing?? I didn’t really realize what we’d be paying until we got there, which was kind of annoying at the door.

I just wish they made that info way easier to see on the website, especially for weekend nights!!! It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, but it definitely would’ve been nice to know ahead of time instead of being caught off guard

I went in excited for the live music, and at first I was like, okay, this could be a fun night. Then the sound hit and my whole mood changed fast. It was way too loud, but somehow still muddy, and I could barely make out the singer. The place felt packed to the point where it wasn’t really comfortable, and the service was dragging too. Maybe they were just having an off night, but i left annoyed and wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

I was expecting a more relaxed place based on how it was described, but it didn’t match that at all. It was way too loud inside, and I couldn’t really enjoy myself or have a normal conversation. Just not my vibe.

I was disappointed with the drinks here. The cocktails tasted watered down, watered down, and way too sweet. Mine barely had any ice in it either. I definitely wouldn’t order drinks here again.

I stopped in expecting a normal, friendly experience, but the staff came across as rude and not welcoming at all. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just trying to get settled in, and it felt like I was bothering them. Maybe it was just an off day, but it definitely made the visit uncomfortable. Even the small stuff, like the way they answered questions, felt cold. I left earlier than I planned and grabbed a coffee somewhere else down the street.

It did get crowded, and overall it was handled okay. Still, when I had a question or needed a little help, I kind of felt dismissed, like my concern wasn’t really worth their time...

Went to 37 Main and had a decent night overall. I’ll admit, I kind of assumed the seats would be fine since the place looked set up well for a show, but they were just okay. Not awful or anything, just the kind of chairs you start noticing after you’ve been sitting for a while.

I liked the vibe and the music was definitely worth it, but by the end I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable. I’d go back, but I’d probably stand next time or try to grab a better spot before assuming any seat is a good one

The parking was okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it was super easy or totally hassle-free. I did eventually find a spot, so it wasn’t a major problem or anything, but it took a little more time and effort than I expected. It’s one of those situations where it’s not bad enough to ruin the visit, but it’s also not something I’d describe as convenient...

I tried to make a reservation, but the site kept glitching on me. Then I never got a clear confirmation, so I was left wondering if it even went through. frustrating.

I went in thinking the food would be decent, but honestly... it was disappointing. My burger was dry, the fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, and nothing really came out hot. It was more lukewarm than anything.
Maybe they were just having an off night, but for what it cost, I expected a lot better. I didn’t even finish my plate... and I definitely wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back for the food

It was disappointing to walk in and deal with the same kind of cleanliness issues again. The tables were sticky, and the bathroom smelled really bad. I was hoping it would be better this time, but it still felt dirty.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout page made me hesitate. I got a browser warning at one point, and the payment screen just didn’t look very polished or trustworthy. Maybe it’s fine, but it gave me doubts about the quality and security of the site, so I backed out instead of entering my card details

I went to an event put together through 37 Main, and honestly... it was kind of a headache. The times seemed to change at the last minute, the staff looked confused about where people were supposed to line up, and getting basic info was way harder than it needed to be! The show itself was decent, but the planning and communication made the whole night feel stressful. I don’t think I’d book through them again

I actually ended up waiting forever, it just didn’t feel worth it in the end...

I went in expecting a decent variety, but the menu was limited. It was mostly the same type of thing over and over, which is fine if that’s what you’re into, I guess. I had a weirdly hard time finding something I actually wanted to order, so yeah, not the most exciting experience.

I don’t know, I guess I was expecting a little more for the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but once I actually got it and used it, I kept thinking, wait, this is it? For what they’re charging, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me

Me and my friends has a decent time overall. The vibe was good and the entertainment were fun in spots, but some parts did drag a little. It also felt kind of pricey for what you get. Still, we laughed and made a night of it, so I wouldn’t say it was bad.

The vocals came through clear, but the bass was kind of muddy and got way too loud at times... not terrible, just not great either.

I reached out to support expecting at least a little help, but they were unhelpful. Not saying it’s a scam, but the way they handled it made me feel like they didn’t really care about fixing the issue

I like the site overall and it’s easy to use, but the prices feel a little high to me. If they were a bit more reasonable, I’d probably use it more often 🙂
